Less setup. More presence.

Three small steps.
A whole room on the same page.

  1. 01

    Buy the days you need

Pick your start date and how many days your event runs. One payment, no subscription to remember to cancel.

  2. 02

    Paste your licence key

Install Presenta on the machine you present from, paste the key once, and it stays activated for your whole window.

  3. 03

    Press start and present

The overlay sits above your slides, even full screen. Subtitles appear as you speak, in the language your room reads.

Thoughtfully out of your way

You focus on the room.
We’ll take care of the subtitles.

The small details matter when you’re on stage. Presenta keeps your words visible, your setup simple, and your attention where it belongs.

70+

languages. One conversation.

Your voice stays yours. Everyone gets the meaning.

Your slides. With a little superpower.

No plugins. No rebuilding your deck. Just press start.

Stays above full-screen slides

Keynote and PowerPoint both take over the display. The overlay is pinned above them, so it does not vanish the moment you present.

Invisible to screen recordings

Turn on capture hiding and the subtitles stay off the recording and off the shared screen, while the room still sees them.

Nothing to configure

No API keys, no model picking, no billing accounts with a translation vendor. The licence covers the translation itself.

Move it between machines

Presenting from a borrowed laptop? Release the seat from your dashboard and activate the new machine in seconds.

Drag, resize, dim

Put the subtitles where the room can read them. Opacity and font size are yours to set, and they persist between sessions.

Reconnects on its own

Conference wifi drops. The session reconnects behind the scenes and tells you what it is doing instead of going quiet.

Pay for the event, not the year

Longer events cost less per day. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

A few things to know

Good questions.
Simple answers.

A little clarity before you take the stage.

What does a day mean, exactly?

A calendar day in the time zone you choose at checkout, midnight to midnight. A one-day licence bought for 5 October works all of 5 October where your event is, not where our servers are.

Can I install it before my event?

Yes. Paste the key as soon as you have it and the app will accept it and show your start date. Translation begins the moment your window opens.

How many machines can use one key?

One at a time on the Event Pass, three on the Stage Pass. You can move a seat to a different machine yourself from the dashboard.

Do I need my own OpenAI or Google key?

No. Translation runs through our servers on our accounts. That is what you are paying for, and it is why there is nothing to configure in the app.

Which languages does it handle?

Over seventy target languages. The spoken language is detected automatically, so you do not have to declare it before you start.

What if my event moves?

Email us before your window opens and we will shift the dates. Once a licence has been used we treat it as delivered.
